EMS Fall Sports Reminder ARE YOU EXCITED TO PARTICIPATE IN FOOTBALL(7,8), VOLLEYBALL(7,8) OR CROSS-COUNTRY (6,7,8) FOR EDGERTON MIDDLE SCHOOL? IF SO, YOU MUST MAKE SURE THAT YOU HAVE EVERYTHING COMPLETED BY THE FIRST DAY OF PRACTICE. If your student is interested in participating in any sports, they must have the following completed and turned in before they can participate. 1. An updated Doctor’s physical which will be good for two years. 2. The Athletic Registration Online Form must be completed. To find the Athletic Registration form follow the directions below: a. Charter wage eliminated. The route wage is the new standard for all work. 2 hour guarantees AM/PM 20 guaranteed hours per week or more. Still hiring FT driver at $20.00 plus experience and benefits.

The football season is almost upon us. For 7th and 8th graders wishing to play tackle football this year, helmet and concussion testing will be on Aug 10th from 5:30-7pm at the middle school. Anyone who cannot make that time can get their equipment on the first day of practice, Aug 14th at 3pm at the middle school. Practices going forward will then from 3-5pm on the middle school field. Reminder that students need to be registered and have a physical on file with the school to practice. General communication for parents will be done through the Stack TeamApp (search for “EMS Football” and we’ll add you). Practice schedule updates will also be done through the TeamApp. Thanks! Summer School Parents and Guardians, We have a stadium field construction update: 1. All Community Elementary parking lots will be open for the start of summer school starting tomorrow, June 11th. Our needed access for truck routing has been completed. 2. The parking lot directly in front of the tennis courts will be closed through the summer. Students/families accessing the tennis courts may park in the middle school auxiliary lot and walk to the tennis courts as outlined on the attached map. 3. All high school classes and activities must enter through the main entrance door of the high school throughout the summer.
